Has anyone created a nice flyer for in-store demos? I bet we could put together something nice that everybody could use. A pdf with white space for details like location, time/date, etc.

Nope, but I'm considering it. Sorry I didn't see the Rep Forum, just the "your local game store" description of this one. Those were the files I was looking for.

In our group when we get someone new going we usually help them out after they have decided on a starter army. Like throwing a monster or a rare or a few whatnots to fill out their roster a bit. For people just interested we usually give them a dragon because they look cool and it makes some of them interested enough to come back and play again.
