I was looking to see if anyone posted pictures or comments about us from Pax East and I found this:
http://dittomonster.com/2011/03/14/dittos-pax-east-roundup/
If you scroll down there is an image and then this comment.
"After the panel Miss Narrator and I explored the tabletop games area and found a game called Dragon Dice; we played through a demo game and it was really fun! It had elements of my beloved collectible card games, where you design an ‘army’ of dice soldiers, monsters, and even dragons to defend your realm, but then you have the randomness of the dice roll to add lots of excitement."
I remember demoing to this guy. Had a fuzzy puppet. Said he would mention dragon dice in his blog and he did!

That is so awesome that someone liked Dragon Dice enough to gush about it in their blog. Sounds like PAX East was a hit? I know PAX West (is that what they call it?) was amazing, so many people were interested in Dragon Dice! |

Because they can?
It was the only PAX originally. Then they started PAX East. So they had to change the name to make sure there was no confusion. Why "Prime" instead of "West"? Don't know, you'd have to ask the people behind it. _________________ You can never have too many dice.

well Prime means 'first' to them and I think they just think it sounds cooler.
of all the workers I met, none of them went by their real names, but had more manly nicknames . it was all very 'gamer-ish' big surprise huh? _________________ Multiplayer Champion Gencon11/Battlefest Champion(tied) GenCon10/World Champion GenCon07/National Champion Origins05/Intermediate Champion GenCon02/Novice Champion Origins99 |
