I am new round' these parts and have been spamming the forums w/questions so I decided to contribute one of my beginner findings. I did look through the undead section and it was mentioned that wraiths were the same speed as other 1 pt. units but the intro states undead are not slow. I will say they are not slow if they have room to cast tons of magic. I find that if you pack in some wraiths a stand alone an army can be ever as maneuverable.

Undead units are inherently slow, as they should be, but this is a way around it. Alas, its bad in that they lose a chunk of stepped damage by doing this. However, w/wraiths matching maneuvers per capita, you should have a sporting chance at moving the terrain die.
