Once again no board update until Sun, but Pi feel free to roll your 2 dragons. I'll still go ahead and take my turn.

Also after reading Wall of Thorns, do medallions count as total health? I have 27 health worth of Dragonnes currently at the terrain, but I also have 24 points worth of items there as well. Would my roll be against 27 or 51?

As one of the people that writes the rules, I'm genuinely curious: is there something in that phrasing that you find to be unclear? I'm pretty sure that its pointed out in the rules that units and items are two seperate things.
Yep, in the magical items rules (page 53 of PDF):
Rules wrote:
Magic items are not units. Therefore if the effect only uses the term “units” when talking about the target of the effect, it does not apply to magic items. Magic items are components, and whenever the rules use that term, it applies to magic items as well.

IMO, items shouldn't have health points to begin with, since they are not alive.

Yes it is pointed out. But I always double check everything the first time around. I've never run into Wall of Thorns before so I just wanted to make sure. Plus my rule book is 1 version behind and the PC I have on the weekends doesn't like pdfs.


The point is really moot anyway with the blue breath...sigh. Cliff I was going to go for it with the Wall of Thorns and I think I had a really good chance with all the items I had. So you still don't get to see somebody beat it.

Any now onto my turn -
Gold Breath - 1 Knight to DuA
Blue Breath - Dragonne Knight: 3 ID

1st and only March - Magic in Reserves
Dragonne Knight: 2 Save
Dragonne Knight: 6 Maneuver
Dragonne Knight: 2 Save

Nada.

Man tough decisions. If I totally abandon the terrain Pi will just path over. But with the blue breath I'm pretty much just paralyzed and can't even stop Flash Floods with all my ridiculous maneuvers. And he's just going to keep piling dragons on me...

So basically I have to stay there just to stop Pi from getting it though I can't do anything....

Wait after reading Blue Breath again, I don't even get to challenge your maneuver roll do I?

Reserves - 1 Knight to Frontier
Other 2 to Stormy's home.

Nope. Since stormy pulled out, all i need is four points of magic to path a single unit over there (or use a teleport to put someone there) and automatically win the maneuver attempt on my second march.

Now you know why Chuck loves this army so much... Twisted Evil

Considering half of them are mages, I'd say very very tiny. Plus I've got a 36% chance of getting teleport or two.

Just to make it official, I rolled and got 17 magic icons and 9 points of ID (but no teleport Crying or Very sad ).
