I hadn't noticed before, but you seem to have counted the dragonkin's Id. Dragonkin do not get rolled during magic or missile actions, so you have 4 any and 4 Swamp Stalker magic. Enough to get the troll back or summon a second dragon, but not both.
I see what the issue is, you called the dragomaster a dragonkin champion. I'll see what I can do against your rolls.
