Are there any places that hold any dragon dice events in GA?

Georgia is a large place. Any particular city you live near?

I'm near Cumming, but my closest game store is over 40 miles away.

I would love to start a group and eventually hold events at Dragoncon, but need players to justify the drive/effort.

There is a teacher near Athens that was using DragonDice in his classroom and a few college kids down in Atlanta (but they never emailed me back about playing).

I live in roswell. The closest place that I know of that even carries dragon dice any more is Dr. No's in Marietta. Do you know of another place?

With so many places that do magic and warhammer, I would figure there would be more dragon dice places.

I'm so far north that I'm not familiar with the places down there.

I actually work in Alpharetta (Mansell and 400), so if there is a game store that still carries product I would love to support them by playing there where people can see us. I will contact them and see about table availability.

I'm going on vacation for most of June, but would you be up to playing there?

Sure thing. Which place were you thinking of? I'm outta of town June 19-24. There is a magic game shop near your work, so I'm sure there'd be tables there.

if you know the area better then please pick one or ask the owners.

I emailed that one store and was promptly ignored (I hate that, its so rude. I want to bring them business and they ignore it)

I asked the guys at dr.nos and they seemed fine, but that'd be one hell of a drive for you. I have been trying to get the guys at the game shop in alpharetta on the phone, but they never answer.

I've got a friend that plays with me. He lives in Dunwoody, but he doesn't currently have much dice. He just ordered about $ 600 worth to fix that. And we can come to cumming if you have a local shop that you know would work.

yeah.. uhm.. I don't really have any local stores either or atleast don't know of them.

we could always play at my place and if you wanted to purchase some dice from SFR you could save on the shipping by picking it up Wink

I'm new to the forum. I'm near LaGrange. All my dice are original TSR dice I bought at DragonCon the first year they came out. I would be interested in getting together. Just let me know.

I'd like to play, but a 2 hour drive (one way) is a bit far for me to travel. I could go all the way to Chattanooga in that amount of time.
