When you roll the TSR/SFR logo on this were do you bring the dead/buried unit to? The army it perished in or reserves, and if it goes to the army does it roll immediately?

Anytime that any effect brings back a unit from the dead, the unit goes to the place where the effect was generated. In other words, the unit goes to the same army that has the Medallion.

OK, and the revived does not act on that immediate turn right? It would be the next?

That depends. If it's brought back by a Special SAI (TSR on Gold Medallion, Regenerate, Cantrip on a non-magic Action), then it's brought back before results are final, and therefore is rolled with it's results added to the rest of the results. If it's brought back by magic in a magic action, then it's brought back after results are final, so it does not roll, and just rejoins the army.

So what does the medallion cost to add to an army? How much point value does it take up and when are its results applied, during actions not during maneuver rolls? What are the limitations of the gold medallion? Because it seems rather powerful.

Four points.

Which results are you refering to? It has four sides, each with a different SAI. Each SAI has different rolls that it works for. The SAI descriptions let you know which rolls each works during.

The same as any other item. It has to be carried or it is buried. It doesn't work in reserve. Yes it is quite powerful, which accounts for its popularity.
