9 magic + 4 ID (doubles for red) for 17 magic.
Now I see I did screw up in that almost all of my racial spells are useless against your home and frontier terrains...

I'll cast 5x Firestorm for 15 magic on the frontier terrain, dealing 10 damage to each of our armies. That's enough to kill both of our armies even with the maximum saves I believe.

The remaining 2 will cast a watery double on my horde.


2nd March
I'll attempt to maneuver your home terrain. Will you oppose?
Blazer : 4 Flaming

With flaming arrows, I guess I'll target your War Driver to save against the 4 damage. If it can't, it must roll a save or be buried.

I screwed up so we gotta roll back the turns quite a bit. I thought 5 on Flatland was Missile, apparently it's Melee and I'm stupid. So that makes my attack at your home a melee roll, and also makes flaming arrows do nothing.

So this means I got 6 melee damage against you. You produced much more than 6 saves so you're safe. You did get a counter. My watery double saves 1 from it, but I'll let a blazer take the other three damage and die. You also have your other Harbinger alive, so go ahead and roll one more of them to see if you get another counter. If you do, I'll take another Blazer.

Then you'll have an opportunity for counter-attack and I may reconsider my reserves. Sorry for the mess up. A bit of a reversal of positions. Wink

no worries. I can't believe I missed that, too. Also, I didn't kill off the Harbinger with the flaming arrows. So i think it's fine that one harbinger countered, and the other didn't.

Though it's scary, I will counter... or not. They're too freaking scary. LOL

that two melee, is supposed to be two maneuver. LOL this game is snake bit. I've updated the information to correct it. So, you actually take no casualties. As for the save, yeah, it's "non-id" so it must be damaging me in return. I'll eliminate: the three runners.

Scorching Touch only applies when the Scalders are attacked in melee. It does not apply on a counter-attack. So if the acting player chooses to melee attack Scalders, he can get scorched. But when the non-acting player counter-attacks, there is no scorching.
