Welcome to Dragon Dice!
Most likely it would be best to post that you want to play a game before posting your army. But this can work.
Some things you need to fix. No more than half your health can be in any one starting army. So for a 36-health game, that means a maximum of 18 health in any one army. Your home army has 20 health (not 19), so it's too big. Your total army size is 37 health. So that's too big as well. _________________ You can never have too many dice.

Close, now you have a total of 35 health. So you need to put one more health into the army. As long as you don't put it into the home army you are fine. _________________ You can never have too many dice.

| I was strongly considering throwing my hat in the ring, but given my own rustiness, we would likely be reliant on the intercession of a benevolent overseer: quite likely to happen, but liable to slow things down. Dolus is apt to be a handy instructor (and I had kind of a funky, crooked army in mind anyway) so I'll cede first round to him. |

I've been wanting to try Lava Elves for a while. I feel they're very fickle, but watching sweetberlinetta play with them has gotten me wanting to try them out. Plus, my collection is finally of a size that I have decent elves to choose from.

9 maneuvers. Way more than I expected, but still not enough to stop you.
And yes, 20. Your IDs will count as maneuvers since that is what you are rolling for. Then you'll double all maneuvers, so in effect, the IDs are doubled as well.
For reserves, it's up to you. If you plan on doing more actions, you might want to see the result of those actions before you do reserves.
