So I have a . . . peculiar, and if nothing else convoluted question regarding an order, and I would rather not go into too much detail in the public forum. I notice that the Ordering Problems button on the Contact page doesn't seem to do anything other than pop up a message that seems to suggest it wouldn't be the right place anyway, as well as a tiny Error 404 window.

Is there an e-mail address I can use? Should I PM someone?
