Is there a way to post a list via Excel or Word, or some other format of dice I would make available to trade?

well a really quick way is this. Take a screen shot of your spread sheet and post it on
imgur.com
and then post that link here as an image.

If you are looking to post something more interactive then no, its not really possible.

Though I know little about the subject, isn't google docs an option? I occasionally follow this site of a different hobby of mine, perhaps it is a decent example of what is possible.
