two questions:
1, during a dragon attack in response of a dragon attack roll two rare three points roll cantrips which is a immediate sai yielding a total of 8 points of magic. Could a second dragon be summoned at that point to fight the first and would the dragons fight or the initial dragon attack continue.
2, second during a missile attack a lava elf army is attacked by missile or magic and the rashaka rolls illusion which is a immediate sai which prevents the army from being targeted by missile or magic would the initial magic or missile attack which caused the illusion roll be voided? |

The dragon you summon in with the cantrips would just sit there and do nothing. The dragon attack phase would continue on.

No, by the time the army has rolled for saves the attack has already happened. It would prevent any future attacks though. |

And summoning away the dragon to another terrain would not cause the dragon's damage to go away. But you could no longer kill it because it's gone.
Key word here is "target". So your army has already been successfully targeted. So that can't stop the attack.
Also, in Dragon Dice, the simple concept is that if damage from an attacking army or dragon has been generated and finalized, there is nothing an army can do to change that damage. You can only seek to avoid that damage via saves, or other effects. _________________ You can never have too many dice.
