Again, thanks for the nice game! Even though this game was a good bit in my favour from the beginning, I do think you did well.

During the match I thought about ways for your army to secure a win, but I found it quite hard to figure out any. The best I could come up with was 'bunch up at the home terrain, capture an 8th and see from there'. Full army vs full army, yours should probably be able to beat mine in melee. But with anything less I would probably come out on top. I guess that's Fireshadows for you: they do just about everything, and they do lots of it quite well on top of that.

My 13yo wants to play an online game.

He's pretty good on a lot of the rules, but like me is inexperienced.

If you're up for it, I know he'd love to play a game.

Let me know and I'll have him work on an army.

Oh, this makes me sad. I'd love to play some more games, and I think it would be great to play against such a young mind. However, uni has just started again, and I've taken up a bigger workload than usual. So, sadly, I have to put my on-line gaming on hold for now. Hopefully it all turns out to be manageable so I can commit some more time to playing an on-line game again.
