Hi guys, getting the following error on your web store when I go to check out:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function tep_round_up() in /home/sfrinc/public_html/cart/includes/modules/shipping/usps.php on line 396 _________________ My cutthroat's two-faced, is yours? |

UPDATE:
I've tried it a few of times now. For some reason it just worked and took me to the shipping page. It says the following:
Shipping Method
This is currently the only shipping method available to use on this order.
Pickup at GenCon
Sales Tax at GenCon $746.20
Note that I am in Australia. Also, my order totals $106.60 . . . which means that sales tax has been calculated at 700%. _________________ My cutthroat's two-faced, is yours? |

I've been trying all morning to get the USPS shipping fixed. USPS updated their API today. I thought I had the store ready for that, but no. So the store works fine, but as soon as you get to the checkout process, it blows up. I'm working on it, and will update the forum when I've fixed it. _________________ You can never have too many dice.

Thanks for looking at it. I hate it when they update their API. I wonder if there is a mailing list we could get on to be notified of their updates prior to them occurring... _________________ Multiplayer Champion Gencon11/Battlefest Champion(tied) GenCon10/World Champion GenCon07/National Champion Origins05/Intermediate Champion GenCon02/Novice Champion Origins99 |

I'm on their email list. They sent out the upgrade notice 4 weeks ago. I've just been gone so much I didn't have much time. It did seem to work until today when it went live. I just found out there was a last-minute (i.e. undocumented) change. That's causing the problems. _________________ You can never have too many dice.

Ok, found the problem. There are two different "general.php" for holding functions. They are in different directories. New function that supported the new API was in the wrong one....
So it should be working. Don't use the "Pickup at GenCon" shipping option right now. If you want to pickup your order at GenCon, please wait until I post here again. For some reason it's not charging the 7% sales tax that we have to collect if you pick it up at GenCon. _________________ You can never have too many dice.

Ok, Pickup at GenCon is working properly. It will add the 7% sales tax that we have to charge for pickup at the show.
If there are any problems encountered, please post here. I will be monitoring this for just that reason.
Thank you for ordering from SFR! _________________ You can never have too many dice.

I've just put in a single kicker pack to be shipped to Australia (just checking something) and the shipping cost is listed as $40.75? Something else seems to be going on there. _________________ My cutthroat's two-faced, is yours? |

There is, but not in the direction you think. That cost is actually on the low side.
http://postcalc.usps.com/
They calculate it at over $50 for a 1 pound box.
I wish I could fix this, but we have no control over shipping costs.
However, the small flat rate box is only $23, but the online shopping cart isn't smart enough to know it can use that. We would ship it the cheapest way and refund the overcharge (as we always do) _________________ Multiplayer Champion Gencon11/Battlefest Champion(tied) GenCon10/World Champion GenCon07/National Champion Origins05/Intermediate Champion GenCon02/Novice Champion Origins99 |

Wow. International shipping costs must have hiked recently. A small padded envelope was sent to me just this year at under $15 (from memory $13ish), but lists for $24 now. Thanks for the update, will definitely have to cut down on my importing knowing that. And another reason to convince my local brick 'n' mortar to stock it _________________ My cutthroat's two-faced, is yours? |
