I wanted to post this draft schedule to see if anyone has strong heartache about it before I write it up in more detail.

Each persons situation is unique, but I've tried to make it as balanced and fair as I can given their other commitments and varying compensation (badge,hotel,transportation).

We all can float jobs. If one place is dead and another is swamped, you can float over. If both places are dead, then I'll tell you to take some extra time off.

Everyone will have some time in both games, but a demo is easy to learn and floating can help cover inexperience.

JohnK will be acting as the event coordinator for sealed and constructed events and collecting tickets for all events.
Chuck will be the booth PR person.
Shannon will be doing retail.
Paul will be Booth demo floater (and he likes Daemon Dice).
Cliff will be doing the specialty events (playtest and campaigns) and floating everywhere.

The rest of you will vary based on the schedule and paired you up. At any given time one pair is 'off', one pair is doing 'events', and two pairs are doing 'booth'.

'Off' means doing what you want.

'events' means running the Novice tournament (we can't call them Demos), in the TCG event hall. This is walking how ever many people show up through a game or two. If no one shows up or they leave early, then you get a little time off until the next event.

'booth' means running demos as people show up. it might be to one person or to four people at a time. We don't want to misrepresent the game, but we don't have to do into every detail. Enough to teach the basics, have fun, and move them over to purchasing. We should be over booked on the booth, so can take potty and food and shopping breaks IF we are slow.

Each day is separated into two blocks of 4 hours and there are usually an hour break between. i.e. if you work the morning events, then there is an hour before the evening booth.

Morning Event is from 9 to 1.
Afternoon Event is from 3 to 7.
Morning Booth is from 10 to 2.
Afternoon Booth is from 2 to 6.

Also everyone will have one evening of doing an event which is only 2 hours long from 8 to 10.

If anyone is there Wednesday night, we could use some help doing the "Trade Day" demos. The people there are retailers, librarians, and teachers. We want to push Daemon Dice, but also have Dragon Dice available to demo as well.
