Note that this spring, one of the last rule changes we made was that Sneak Attack only works during a Magic or Missile action, not during a save or avoidance roll.

Note: you really needed to wait and see if he wanted to counter-attack. I would have in this case. First, the Enchanter could roll it's ID or it's three melee side. If the Nightsbane did not save, it was dead. Second, a Cantrip is always useful.

Again some of those stupid mistakes I usually know about! Dunno why this happens now and then even though I know the rules! 
But one day I'll have it finally engraved into my brain......I hope!!!!!
