1st march: roll for magic (roll) ID on Umber Hulk, Create Fireminions on both Fireshadows. Casting Path to move my Swamp Giant to your home terrain.

2nd march: maneuver your home terrain to capture my second 8th face.

Game over.

Boy, after my mishappened attack on my first turn, I thought I had lost this game. Dragons managed to save my neck in this one. You fought pretty hard though (I mean really, rolling two Minor Deaths and getting Slay and Plague?? I never, never get rolls like that with my Minor Deaths.)

For your first monster bash, I'd say you did pretty well. All those SAIs running around can get confusing. Anytime you're ready, my dice are ready for a rematch.

See my game against Steve's Coral Elves! I got a Plague in almost every roll!
I'm (almost) always very lucky with Plague (even though it only ran through once ever, slaying almost the entire Lava Elve army of my wife! Mostly it's stopped after one or two kills! And in the game against Steve I rolled it but couldn't use it 'cause we were at missile range all the time!)
Regenerate also comes very, very often. And my wife hates Leopard Riders because I'm also very lucky with Rend all the time. I did fifteen damage points once!
I don't know why but those are the SAIs I get most of the times!
As far as slay is concerned, I got it the first time ever in this game but I had rolled it two or three times and miscounted them as normal melee points!! Only the last time I happend to stumble across it's description on Chuck's page!
I don't know what was wrong with this game (i.e. with me) but I was pretty lost!!
That's why I decided to end the game leaving the 8th open for you to recapture! I had made too many fatal mistakes! The worst one was playing 2 green Wyrms and posting blue ones! I wasn't able to summon blue ones after most of my Firehoppers were gone! But with Standing Stones I could have summoned green ones! That's what I had planned.

So the Dragons saved your neck literally!

But I must say that such a monster bash is a whole lot of fun, even though it is very difficult to cope with lots of different races and lots of different SAIs and lots of knew monsters at the same time when you're a beginner!!! It took me about three hours to set up this army just by reading the descriptions in the old DCM and by studying their icons and I must say it was worth the time! This was the first army which worked like planned right from the beginning of the game!

The Swampie Giant/Beast mistake wasn't that bad, I could have lived with it but I think I'll change that in our next game!
I'd be happy to replay this monster bash with you!!

And finally I'd like to honestly apologize for the crappy stupid mistakes I made! It wasn't meant to try to cheat!! I never cheated so far and I never will!
I think I was simply overloaded by all those new stuff!
I hope next time I'll perform better!

I've learned a lot (hoping to be able to keep most of it in mind )

But there's one thing I'm still mproud of, evenm though I couldn't se the result: my tRtM/Furnace/Palsy/Path combination!! It took pretty long until I had figured that out. But now, after analyzing it, the chances were much less than I first thought! I was afraid of Dispel and Cantrips but the really dangerous point was the SAIs themselves! They are not affected by spells! And you had lots of them on your 8 monsters!
But it still was a great idea........I think

I'll tell you when I'm ready for a replay but presently mizery256 is at the start, so I'll play that one first! (Another personal first!! I've never played Dwarves or Lava Elves and now I play both, combined with Promos which I also have played only once yet!
