I'm sure this question has come up before but I couldn't seem to find it in a search.
If an army wants to maneuver and rolls zero maneuvers, does the counter-maneuvering army still need to roll at least one maneuver to counter?
The rules state "equal or greater" with regard to the marching army's maneuver roll being successful, so I am interpreting this to mean that if both armies rolled zero maneuvers, the result is that the marching army was still successful. |
