Swamp stalkers can count maneuvers as saves in a swamp. If rolling for saves, if they get to double maneuvers, can they count id's as maneuvers, double them, and then count them as saves? I don't think so, but thought I'd ask

IDs always count as what you are rolling for. So if you are rolling for saves, then IDs are save results.

Nope. For a Dragon Attack roll you are looking for saves, melee, and missile. So IDs can be any of those three results, but not maneuvers.
