While we originally announced we would have rules 3.0.4 done and posted by the end of May, that will not be so. We wanted to give the community the best possible rules we could have. There are a number of problems our testing group had with the rules, and we've gone back to the drawing board. The rules will be posted and done in graphical form before the Kickerstarter is launched on July 18.
