I believe the result should be 18 and not 12 for the die roll resolution example in the faqs.... Please point out where i went wrong:
An all-Dwarf army makes a maneuver roll at a Highland terrain. The army rolls 8 maneuver results, 3 ID results, 3 melee results and 3 Trample SAIs. The following modifiers apply to the roll: Their racial ability - Mountain Mastery (melee results count as maneuver), two castings of Palsy (-2 results), one casting of Transmute Rock to Mud (-6 results), one Yellow Dragon Breath (halve maneuver results), one casting of Wind Walk (+4 results) and a minor terrain showing the ‘Double Maneuvers’ face.

The roll will be calculated a follows:
Starting total of 11 maneuvers (8 results, plus 3 ID results)
Subtract 8 (Palsy and Transmute Rock to Mud), for a new total of 3
Halve results - rounding down (Dragon Breath), for a new total of 1 (this would be 1 ID result)
Add 3 from SAI results (Trample), for a new total of 4
Double the 1 remaining ID result (minor terrain), for a new total of 5
Why wouldnt the running total of 4 be doubled to 8 on this step?
Add 7 (Racial Ability makes 3 melee ‘count as’ maneuver, plus Wind Walk), for a grand total of 12 manuever results.
Why wouldnt you add the additional 3 melees from the tramples on this step to add 10 results making the total 18?

As noted elsewhere, the example has numerous errors. I'm working on the FAQ, and hope to have a new version posted in the next couple of days.
