1st March:
Horde is Maneuvering
6, in case you were counter-maneuvering.
I'm rolling it up to the 4th face
For the sake of academia, I'll take a missile action against your campaign army: 5 results from ID icons.

You hit for 11 Melee
I save for 8
4 counter, so you lose 4 health, I lose 3.
I will lose 2 magic and one cavalry common
I attack back with 7 melee results |

I've got 6 saves against the counter for no damage.
Reserve movement:
From my horde: 1 Rare Cavalry, 1 Rare Heavy, 1 Uncommon Light
From my campaign army: 1 Common Magic |

Sorry, my confusion--you meant a counter SAI, not a counter attack. I'll lose four common magic.
Rerolling save => 6 it is. I'll lose another uncommon magic.
No change to reserve move.
EDIT -- That's common magic, of course, I don't have any uncommon magics in the game. The hands type faster than the brain thinks. |

OK,
First march: Magic from Frontier
5 points ID: Double Black from 5 dead in your reserves.
Bury all 5 commons.
9 magic results
Cast Open Grave on My Hoard Army at your home terrain.
Cast Fearful Flames on Light Common At Your home.
Save or die, if save, save or go to reserve.

And how. Not so good at this yet. By the way. I would have done exactly what you did last turn. I just got lucky with the counter SAI.

You're confusing me. Why bury my units? The advanced rules (v1.5m) from the SFR site say that dead units used in doubling are not buried. Am I missing something?
I any case, my hound-folk fails to save and is in the DUA. |

I used 10 points of black magic to cast 5 Ashes to Ashes which bury 5 points of dead units. Sorry for that, I keep thinking these things in my head and not writing it down. This is a challenge.
Sorry for the confusion again. |
